I found David by accident -looking for a trainer who could deal with the old-lets settle on over 65-grumpy and reluctant with poor posture, a neck problem rounded off with stiff joints and arthritic hips. Also a record run with any personal trainer prior to meeting David , of 3 sessions. He has now guided me over the last -almost -5 years and I cannot over state how much better I feel-greater flexibility ,strength and even the ability to sit cross legged. David is great! I’ve been coming to his class for 1.5 years now and he has been instrumental in my handstand progress. Very methodical and works well with people of all abilities. I strongly recommend his Thursday or Saturday class at the Font!

I’ve been attending David’s classes for about 4 months and have seen some great progress in my strength and mobility. I was a bit nervous before my first class but David broke everything down into manageable steps and went at a pace that worked for me. He’s created a fun and supportive class environment where everybody celebrates the small wins and successes. Everybody is given tailored exercises based on their personal goals and experience so we all get the most from each class. I highly recommend giving them a go!

David has been my trainer for just on 12 months and I have seen a huge improvement not only in my handstands but in my body shape. In addition to super motivating and challenging in-person training sessions, he provides a super customised online workout tracker which guides me through my own training sessions outside of the ones I have with him. Hands down the best trainer I have ever had, and I love the combination of strength and skills training. To top it off, he's a super nice guy and despite how much I end up swearing at him given the challenges he sets, I always look forward to my training sessions :-)
