One to one handstand coaching

Handstand training is a tough skill to learn and can require a detailed approach to learning it.
My one to one coaching style is to get you to understand the basic concepts of a handstand and to be able to implement it as fast and as safely as possible.

I take out all the unnecessary bells and whistles when it comes to learning a handstand (as there is plenty) and give you all the necessary tools that you will need in your handstand journey.

If you are scared to fall, we will first go over that in depth until you are comfortable to be able to fall on your own. (The fear of falling is very normal and fortunately easily overcome.)

I have coached people of all ages from 6 years old to individuals in there late 50s and varying degrees of skill level from people trying just to get to their first 10 seconds, to people learning to press to handstand to the more advanced balance skills such as one arm handstand.

I absolutely love to teach handstands as much as I train them. If you find that a class does not give you the necessary attention you require then one to one is your best bet in achieving your handstand goals, what ever the level.

Spaces are limited. Currently only taking one 2 more PT or handstand one to one coaching at the moment.

Personal Training

I am not just a handstand man.

I am also a personal trainer, with over 3 years of international experience in the industry.

My aim is to help my clients achieve goals that can fit in with their life styles. I personally believe the best way to achieve this is to create positive easily sustainable habits that suit the individual.

The first item to address when dealing with a new client is to assess their current physical abilities and then progress from there. A session is an hour long and the main aim is to build a strong base.

Training for many people can be boring. I find out what type of physical training the client enjoys and focus on that, while developing their knowledge and skill and the necessity of other types of exercise.

Knowledge is power and this is no exception when it comes to training. One has to understand correct form and technique with exercises, to get the best out of them and to avoid injury.

I encourage clients to keep activity outside of the gym high, as this is a major contributing factor to a healthier lifestyle. Being in a gym for an hour or two a week is great but becoming more active will help keep the body burning calories throughout the day.

Sessions are done in private booths at Fit Studioz. The booths house all the equipment needed for a training session. So, there is no running around looking for equipment or sharing of equipment with others.

The booths are very secluded to give maximum privacy to the client.

Fit Studioz has no membership cost.

How online training works.

The training starts with a complementary sales call in order for us to get to know each other and more importantly see if we will work well together.

From there an assessment will be sent to you in which you will need to complete. Your program will be built from this assessment and tailored to suit you are your needs. The assessment and the program are built on an app that you will get for free.

Programs are twelve weeks long but can/will be adjusted depending on how you have progressed.

There are weekly check ins to make sure you are getting on with the program and to hold you accountable. Communication is extremely important, and you can contact myself or my team through the app that the coaching is done through.

Technique checks will be asked for, to make sure that you understand the exercise but also to see that you are doing them correctly and are progressing.

Included in the program are three zoom sessions or in person sessions (if you are based in London) to be used during the twelve weeks. You can use these at any time you want during the twelve weeks.

Nutrition

The most important part of any life style is assessing ones eating habits.

Unfortunately due to social media and other propaganda, “what to eat” is probably one of the most confusing topics in the fitness world.

My main focus is to educate an individual on how nutrition works and what is best for them. I don’t believe in forcing a certain type of diet on a client but rather finding out their current lifestyle and fine-tuning their eating habits so that it aligns with what they want to achieve.

I understand people have normal lives, have friends, and need to socialise. This is positive for their general wellbeing but if unmanaged can be detrimental to achieving their goals.

I enjoy working with people and finding what works for them.

Remember there are no bad foods, just better choices.

Home training is available and has a travel charge of £40 per session if 15-30 min away (from London SW5 9HR) £50 if journey takes longer then 30min.

*Private packages 10 are redeemable within 8 weeks or two calendar months.
