Event Details

The class will be a Vinyasa Flow style, incorporating active mobility drills (to build strength at end range as well as flexibility) and some release work using yoga blocks (to loosen up those hard to reach areas!)

The focus for this month will be on opening up/finding release in the hips, hamstrings and lower back. If you’re working on pancake/pigeon/splits/horse stance this class is a must! 🙂
Participants will need: A yoga mat. 2x yoga blocks would also be very useful.

The class will be 60 min.
